Pre-conference workshops will be held on Monday, June 16 with topics such as “Managing Reverse Logistics To Improve Performance” and Successful Outsourcing - RFQs, Contracts and SOWs. Tuesday morning sessions start with Gailen Vick, RLA President, providing Industry Overview Size and Forecast followed by the keynote address. Speaker sessions will commence after lunch and continue throughout the day and also on Wednesday.
